About the Spaghetti Project:
Erica Keswin is a member of IORG’s leadership team, where she puts her expertise in human communications to good use.  She is the founder of the Spaghetti Project, a platform devoted to sharing the science and stories of human connection. Inspired by a 2015 Cornell study showing that firemen who eat together are better at their jobs (they save more lives!), Erica, a longtime workplace strategist, has made it her business to help people honor relationships. And as a hats-off to the firemen and their go-to firehouse meal, she calls her work the Spaghetti Project.

About IORG
:
IORG is made up of researchers, practitioners and technologists from academia, corporations, solution vendors and consultancies. IORG is dedicated to reducing information overload, a problem that diminishes the productivity and quality of life of knowledge workers worldwide. Our diverse members and single focus provide thought leadership and access to cutting-edge ideas, promote collaboration between industry and academia, and help shape the science of combating information overload.
