I support the goals and work of IORG.
The first contact with the subject of information overload was through the writings of Patrick Wilson.
Next month I will give a short overview talk on this subject to a group of freshmen for an evening class.
Currently I serve as head of reference in the Wilson Library of the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO.
Overloaded 2012 a success – more events planned in future!

The Information Overload Research Group’s Overloaded 2012 un-conference, a lively one-day gathering of information overload crusaders from a diversity of domains, was a complete success.
