Greg has worked as an in-house communication executive and external adviser in a range of leading Australian organisations. His passion is helping people communicate more effectively in our increasingly busy and cluttered communication environment. This includes sharing skills and strategies for balancing electronic communication with face to face interactions.
He has an MBA from Macquarie University and BA (Political Science) from the Australian National University. He is an active member of a range of communication associations.
Greg’s interest in the impact of email on communication effectiveness and employee productivity started in 2001, when he conducted an international study of the use of this tool by middle and senior level managers across a range of industries. Greg enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience of how people are best placed to manage the flow of information at work.
