I am a professional certified coach and consultant specializing in business and information overload solutions; in other words bringing peace of mind to overwhelmed executives. My focus is not about fixing the person but on changing how he or she approaches “getting things done” at work so that high performance results.
Additionally, I have a sub specialization in the field of Adult AD/HD where my experience, expertise and best practices uniquely qualify me to work with executives and business owners who are so inundated with information that overwhelm is decreasing their ability to be as productive and profitable as they are capable of being. Our “ADD culture’ speaks to clients who routinely find it necessary to master the skills needed to juggle competing priorities and overflowing to do lists so they can optimize performance, efficiency and productivity. My process is fast, focused and gets measurable results.
Before all of this I spent 25+ years in broadcast television media buying and sales, marketing, consulting and new business development. My work included the art of servicing demanding clients, generating and maintaining accounts in excess of $10,000,000 and developing, creating and implementing successful mentoring programs for media professionals. In that capacity, I worked with clients from Grey Advertising, Ogilvy & Mather, Clear Channel Communications to the Hearst Television Station Group.
Along with a BA degree in psychology from Syracuse University, I graduated and got my coaching training and certification from IPEC in 2004, completed the professional conference: ADDA 2005 with Drs. Hallowell and Ratey, the Core Essentials Program with Coach U as well as the Landmark Education curriculum. I am currently a member of the NYC Chapter of the International Coach Federation where I served as a Board Director in 2005.
