Paul Silverman is the founder and managing director of Integra Workshops, a company specializing in workshops that help professionals realize extraordinary productivity gains and stress reduction. Their Workplace Effectiveness Program is a nuts and bolts, hands on program for reducing workplace overwhelm and increasing personal efficiency.
As an instructor of Integra Workshops’ programs, Silverman has helped increase the productivity of executives from organizations including Pfizer, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Honeywell, Toyota, AXA, Capital One and more. His legal industry clients include Nixon Peabody, Debevoise Plimpton and Baker Botts.
For more than 12 years, Silverman worked in Japan as a business consultant for clients such as Texas Instruments, NTT and the American Consulate. He also hosted a radio program and was a popular public speaker. Silverman’s activities with the Zen Buddhist community in Japan earned him credentials as a Zen teacher, which he currently uses as a volunteer adjunct Chaplain with Veterans Administration hospitals here in the United States.
Silverman holds BFA and MFA degrees from Carnegie-Mellon University, and an MBA from Oita University in Japan.
